Tracking Results

Periodic reassessments via our comprehensive movement analysis will allow us to see how much progress is being made in each specific body region and in each of the 4 pillars of movement. Our bodies are extremely complex with a vast amount of interconnectedness between our systems.  It is essential to re-visit this movement assessment periodically to re-develop and refine your treatment programs so that the most optimal exercise methods are being utilized.

THE 4 PILLARS OF MOVEMENT

FLEXABILITY

Essential for safe movement. Without adequate flexibility we are prone to pain and injuries.  With aging and a loss of flexibility, basic movement and daily tasks become significantly more difficult. Increase flexibility to MOVE FREELY within your world.

STABILITY

The joining of strength and flexibility with a touch of coordination. Think balance. To move safely and confidently we must have stability. Adequate stability not only gives you the confidence but also the ability to MOVE SAFELY about and interact with your world.

STRENGTH

Although closely related to stability, you must first have the strength behind the movements. Strength allows you the freedom to move about your world and interact with the objects in it.  Think push, pull, lift... MOVE FORCEFULLY in your world.

STAMINA

An essential if you want to do more. Think endurance. Without stamina you will easily tire and require rest often. Maybe too often to accomplish what is really important to you. Improve your stamina to MOVE MORE and accomplish more in life.
